We pledge to conduct business according to standards that reach beyond contemporary practices in addressing the needs of clients, employees, communities and the environment. Certain practices might traditionally be used in janitorial work, where we would like to find alternative more sustainable ways to achieve the same or higher goals. When it comes to high requirements with excellent service, Mrs Lavender Inc continues to be selected by corporations and property management firms within the community.

altOur extensive and deep knowledge of green cleaning and sustainability practices , and our ability to provide ongoing customer satisfaction is the main reasons customers continue to select us to maintain their buildings. Our team, from ownership through site Management and crew, is required to maintain a high level of integrity, ethics and responsibility.

Our ECO CREWS has been put through a rigorous sustainable and green training program. The retention rate is high due to excellent compensation and a mutual respect amongst management and crew. The on-site supervisory staff is the cream-of-the-crop, and would be considered the best in the industry. Our team takes any issue seriously and management will focus on solving these issues immediately.
Mrs Lavender Inc supervisors or ownership will visit the site for regular quality control; there is a multitude of quality control inspections that are performed. Most janitorial companies strive to maintain a score of 85% on their quality control inspections. Mrs Lavender Inc requires the site supervisor and staff to maintain a 90% score or better on a consistent basis.
We are committed to truly sustainable and green business practices.

DON"T LET CREEPY STRANGERS IN YOUR HOUSE

Don't let any toxic "strangers" into your home, studio or office. Please READ all lables - food, drinks, laundry soap, make up, paint, glue and of course your cleaning supplies. J
ust because Big Industry says Natural on the front label it does not mean that it is good for you or safe, the product may still contain artificial flavoring, artificial coloring and/or preservatives.
If there is a Skull & Cross Bones on the label or the label advises only using with the windows open on or when wearing a mask - then leave it at the store. IT MAY BE TRUE WHAT THE LABEL STATES!
We don't trust a company that will not disclose the content. Therefore we will not clean with any unknown products that has not been approved by our ECOCREW certification system. We don't care about Big industy excuses about "secret formulas".
It's up to each family to make choices on how to live healthy and stay healthy: Here are a few ideas of what you could do for your family to start taking steps towards a more holistic, green and sustainable lifestyle. If you teach your children good habits and that preventative health care, you will have come a long way:

Have all family members recycle paper, glass, aluminum, batteries etc. Set up separate bins to make it easy. And for goodness sake if you are overloaded with duplicates from school PTA etc, due to several children in the same school, ask the teachers to send one copy of each.
Eat organic and biodynamic foods and drinks as much as you can.
Shop around to find good local ORGANIC produce.
Local produce is not the same as organic.

Limit the amount of stuffed animals, blankies and pillows. We know the stuffies love to be hugged, but so does the dust, dustmites that live in beds, pillows and blankies. Wash blankets, sheets and washable stuffed animals a couple of times a year. Have the children help you on a big " take out and shake out", in your yard or off your balcony. You will be amazed how much dust you will see flying.
Mattresses, sofas and upholstered furniture should be vaccumed at least twice a year with special upholstery heads. (we have equipment to clean soft stuffed animals and pillows etc for spring and fall deep cleanings)
